<p class="p1">關於新冠肺炎第一篇的防疫對策中，我們談到了原則性問題，接下來我們來談談各項運動的差異與實行的要則。無論在室內或室外從事運動，施打疫苗後如果沒有良好的公衛習慣，然人具有高度的染疫風險。</p>
<p class="p1">台灣的室內運動場館林立，是喜愛運動朋友的福音，而室內攀岩館不受氣候與時間的限制，也是岩友練習攀岩的好場域。不過在新冠肺炎流行的同時，無論是攀岩館的經營者或是熱愛攀岩的岩友，需要一起做好相關公衛措施，像是正確戴口罩與手部勤消毒是保障你、我與攀岩社群重要的措施。</p>

<h3><strong>日常健康管理</strong></h3>
</blockquote>
<p>新冠肺炎出現社了區流行的狀況時，很困難了解社區內無症狀感染者的多寡，所以無論是否進行戶外活動，時刻注意日常的健康狀況，如：體溫、症狀或足跡，這對於疾病防範與阻斷傳播鏈有很大幫助。</p>
<ol class="ol1">
<li class="li1">若14天內您與確診者足跡有重疊者請暫緩至攀岩館攀岩。</li>
<li class="li1">有任何新冠肺炎可疑症狀且無法排除者請暫緩至攀岩館攀岩。</li>
</ol>

<h3><strong>攀岩前應注意</strong></h3>
</blockquote>
<p>除了日常的健康狀況管理之外，每家攀岩館的管理方式也不同，前往攀岩館攀岩時應當了解各家攀岩館的防疫相關規定，如：預約狀態、繳費方式、飲食限制與攜帶個人的清潔消毒裝備。</p>
<ol class="ol1">
<li class="li1">請先預約攀岩時段或確認攀岩館內人數。</li>
<li class="li1">請先完成任何飲食需求。</li>
<li class="li1">請準備額外的醫療用口罩並且攜帶個人清消用之乾洗手或酒精。</li>
<li class="li1">入館前請使用酒精消毒與進行實聯制入館。</li>
</ol>

<h3><strong>攀岩中應遵守</strong></h3>
</blockquote>
<p>攀岩是一項挑戰自我的運動，除了大家熟知的抱石也有上攀的攀岩，但是攀岩館屬於室內密閉式空間，因此為了降低密閉空間的傳播可能，除了不混用裝備使用獨立裝備外，也應該注意全程攜帶口罩、社交距離與勤消毒&#8230;等相關公共衛生。</p>
<ol class="ol1">
<li class="li1">請使用獨立的個人攀岩裝備。</li>
<li class="li1">請務必全程攜帶醫療用口罩。</li>
<li class="li1">岩友之間請保持適當的社交距離(2公尺)。</li>
<li class="li1">攀登路線前與後使用乾洗手/酒精消毒雙手 (或使用80%酒精濃度之液態粉)。</li>
<li class="li1">攀岩時請與岩友間隔一條路線。</li>
<li class="li1">若有飲水需求請至指定位置與保持社交距離儘速飲用。</li>
</ol>

<h3 class="p3"><strong>攀岩後應做到</strong></h3>
</blockquote>
<p>結束攀岩返家後，為了避免潛在的傳染可能需要注意個人的盥洗，以及裝備的清潔消毒。當然也因為疫情流行期間，有許多潛在的無症狀感染者的可能，因此也需要持續注意個人健康狀況。</p>

<li class="li1">返家後應進行適當的個人清消。</li>
<li class="li1">攀岩裝備應先清消再收納。</li>
<li class="li1">若有與新冠肺炎相關症狀請主動就醫。</li>
<li class="li1">若您確診為新冠肺炎請主動與攀岩館聯繫。</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>平常岩友們常使用的確保器大致上分為管狀確保器與輔助制停確保器兩大類型，他們到底是什麼呢？又有什麼差異呢？這次新手必學系列要與大家來談談確保器。</p>

<h4>了解自己的確保器</h4>
</blockquote>
<p>最常看到的產品應該就是Black Diamond出產的ATC及Petzl出產的GRIGRI，不過像是Reverso、ATC guide等也很常見．而且現在各家廠商出了各式各樣的確保器，也越來越多人使用，文末小編再介紹幾個優秀的確保器給大家，這邊就以ATC、ATC guide及GRIGRI當作範例吧．<br />
使用管狀確保器時（例如ATC或Reverso），依照慣用的制動手，將繩索穿過確保器中的其中一孔（制動手為右手即用右邊的孔，左邊反之）。某些管狀確保器的一側有凹槽以增加摩擦力，使制動更加容易，因此一般來說會將凹槽側向下置放，不過依照狀況不同有些人會覺得這樣在使用時不好給繩，就將摩擦力較小的另一端向下放置使用。</p>

<h4>正確使用確保器</h4>
</blockquote>
<p>而常見的自動制停確保器grigri，有分為不同制動手的版本，如果是右手為制動手則放鬆凸輪用的把手在左邊，左手則反之。但繩索必須正確的置於grigri之中才有制動效果，在下降時按壓把手的力道也要掌握得宜，以及依舊不能放開制動端的繩索。許多新手會認為使用grigri更加安全，但卻因為沒有正確使用或是鬆懈而導致發生意外。</p>

<p>首先再選擇攸關生命安全的裝備時，必須謹記挑選有被UIAA、EN或是CE強度檢測過、認證的裝備。有經過檢測認證的裝備在商品上都會有標示。選擇至少有UIAA、EN、CE其中一個單位認證的吊帶，讓你安心攀岩不害怕。</p>

<p>上攀時大部分的時間僅依靠吊帶作為身體的支撐，因此吊帶的舒適與否非常重要，盡量可以試穿過後再決定是否購買。</p>

<p>有些款式需要反扣(將織帶再反穿回扣具裡)，較新的款式通常不用反扣，可仔細觀察扣具型態或者金屬扣具上有Danger等字樣即需反扣</p>

<h4>Step1.確定吊帶的腰帶、腿環織帶是否平順無翻轉；工具環是否上下顛倒；確保環是否有扭轉</h4>
<p>基本上拿到新的吊帶，是不會出現上述問題的，但為了以防萬一還是要檢查一下比較好哦！不管是自己的吊帶或是租借的吊帶，在穿上吊帶之前請務必要仔細檢查一番。吊帶的織帶有沒有破損、有沒有翻轉？<br />
破損的織帶對於吊帶的強度會有影響，如果發現吊帶的織帶有破損的狀況請務必更換。如果織帶有翻轉的情況，再穿著前請先想辦法轉平順。</p>

*腿環後方與腰帶連接的彈性繩是不是在腿環的上緣，如果是的話才正確！<br />
*工具環正確的位子是在腰帶的下緣，若工具環在吊帶的上緣代表吊帶上下顛倒！<br />
若工具環縫製在腰帶中間，就看工具環是否朝下就可以囉～<br />
*確保環若是翻轉請調整讓他回到原始位置。</p>
<h4>Step2.穿上吊帶、將腰帶拉至約與肚臍同高，將調節帶束緊，身體與吊帶間可以平放一個手掌但無法輕鬆翻轉的程度。</h4>
<p>為了讓你與吊帶之間除了安全的考量之外、還能產生一拍即合的舒適，太緊或太鬆都不是一個好選擇。<br />
不要緊到無法呼吸，也不要鬆到可以將整隻手掌放進身體與吊帶之間還能肆意翻轉就可以囉～</p>

<h4>Step3.腿環調節帶拉緊，剛好貼合大腿即可</h4>
<p>大腿腿環的部分與腰帶一樣，不要太緊或太鬆，太緊會影響到攀爬的過程，太鬆則會影響到舒適，所以剛剛好就可以了。</p>
<p>攀岩吊帶在攀岩的過程中關乎攀登時的舒適度還有自身的安全，正確的穿著吊帶與挑到合適自己的吊帶是非常重要的。希望你在讀完上述的說明，對於吊帶的挑選與穿著方式有正確的認識。除了對自己攀登時的安全加分，若是看到身旁的岩友有穿著上的錯誤也可以友善的提醒他。</p>

<p>我怕高耶，爬上去很高我應該會腳軟掉下來吧？我看影片裡面攀岩的人都超壯的，我手很沒力應該爬不上去吧？ 想到要去上頂繩攀登的攀岩課不禁內心就是對完全是攀岩新手的自己充滿了疑惑，我真的可以嗎？</p>

<h3>我的攀岩印象</h3>

<p>記得第一次攀岩應該是在成功嶺新訓的時候，印象中攀到頂似乎能夠為隊伍加分。在最後一天時放假很有可能可以提早回家。為了榮譽（提早離開）拼死拼活的也想往上爬，但是手無縛雞之力的我大概只爬到兩米高，手就已經酸到不行，只能直接放棄。</p>
<p>對於攀岩這項運動的印象都是從電影以及紀錄片裡面得來，像是去年的<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&amp;v=urRVZ4SW7WU">赤手登峰</a>以及<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edfw9ip9sCQ">垂直九十度的熱血人生</a>，每每都看得手汗流不停，透過這些影像的刺激以及身邊偶爾就會遇到有在攀岩的朋友逐漸開始對於攀岩有興趣但是非常怕高的我總覺得攀岩這項非常hardcore的運動跟我很遙遠。</p>

<h3>上方確保攀登在上些什麼</h3>

<p>這次有機會能夠參與艾格的<a href="https://www.adventuretaiwan.com/product/top-roping/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">頂繩攀登</a>的課程就決定要來挑戰自己。課程總計六個小時，分成兩次，一次個三個小時。可以挑選一週末把課上完或是利用兩週的週三晚，私心推薦用兩週來上完，在上完第一堂課之後會有比較多的時間讓身體恢復。課程主要包含三個部分認識攀岩像是攀岩的歷史、種類（你也可以參考這篇<a href="https://www.adventuretaiwan.com/about-trad-climbing/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">傳統攀登 你不可不知</a>）確保技術以及攀岩技巧。教練會從最基礎的認識攀岩開始，相信如果你是完全的一張白紙從來沒聽過攀岩、沒看過別人攀岩也都不會有問題。</p>
<p>確保-簡單來說就是攀登者的同伴利用繩索與器具保護攀登者的安全。一般說到攀岩運動大家的目光都會集中在攀登者身上，在下方做確保的人到底在幹嘛怎麼做，在上課之前要不是有特別先找影片來看，不然還真的不知道確保到底是什麼一會事。不過如果在上課之前沒有看過也沒關係，教練還是會非常用心仔細講解確保的步驟以及器具作用的原理。</p>
<p>在第二堂課時教練會透過實際攀爬的時候指導基本攀岩的技巧。腳應該要怎麼踩、手可以怎麼抓。身體重心應該要怎麼移動等等。雖然還是沒辦法跟教練一樣像壁虎般輕鬆自在的游移在牆上，不過在使用上基礎的技巧時，真的會感覺好像抓點、踩點離身體又近了了一點點，而且重要的是回家的時候手竟然不像上一次會抖，在隔天還是能夠輕鬆地舉起牙刷好好的刷牙！</p>

<h3>上方確保攀登上完之後</h3>

<p>對於非常怕高、怕得要死的我來說在學完確保這件事讓我在攀登的時候安心不少。對我來說攀岩最大的恐懼就是失手墜落跌下深不見底的深淵、擔心萬一失足就跌到地上受傷或是發生意外。在教練指導之後就會知道在攀登者墜弱時應該要如何保護攀登者，所以其實在攀登時是有受到一定程度的保護。在實際幫別人確保時會發現雖然拉繩的動作會不太自然，但只要做對了其實攀登者是安全的。在上攀時偶爾往下一瞥雖然心還是會漏一拍，不過在知道下面的有同伴做確保即使掉下去也是不會有問題的，在心理層面上打了一劑強心針就會比較敢往上爬。攀岩似乎比我想像中的安全一些。</p>
<p>上完了上方確保的課程之後，當然還是沒辦法攀爬神速，不過在往後的一個月可以免費到達文西攀岩館練習，通過上方確保安全檢查的考核之後就可以幫同伴做確保了。我覺得會是一個非常好的攀岩入門課程，不管是你是對於攀岩有沒有天份還是對於繩結一竅不通、站在高處往下看永遠心都會漏一拍都沒問題。只要有想要多認識一個新運動的心，連我都可以完成相信你也可以！</p>

<p>傳統攀登  ( traditional rock climbing )與運動攀登(sport climbing)是相似的運動，它們都是攀岩者運用攀岩裝備與技術來克服路線的困難點，也同時挑戰攀登高度的運動。除了穿著與使用適當的攀岩裝備外，岩牆上還需要有保護支點(protections)，攀登時所穿著吊帶要事先與攀登繩連結，接著將快扣掛入保護支點，再將繩子掛入快扣作為攀岩者的安全保護。</p>
<p>假若攀登者發生墜落時，繩伴必須即時確保(belay)，以避免攀登者由高處墜落地面而造成傷亡。雖然兩種運動的技術與裝備相似，但有著一個很大的不同。以運動攀登而言，已經先行在攀登路線上安置了錨栓 (bolt) 做為攀登時的保護支點。但傳統攀登則是需要由攀登者自行沿著攀登路線，一路放置<a href="https://shop.alpinistoutdoors.com/tag/%E6%B4%BB%E5%8B%95%E5%B2%A9%E6%A2%B0" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">活動式岩械(SLCD)</a>或是<a href="https://shop.alpinistoutdoors.com/tag/%E5%B2%A9%E6%A5%94" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">固定式岩楔(nut)</a>來做為保護支點。</p>
<p>因此，想傳攀的岩友需要具備先鋒登的能力、豐富的攀登經驗、傳統攀登裝備以及面對較高的風險，相較於抱石與運動攀登而言傳攀是屬於高門檻的攀岩運動。</p>

<p>一般來說單繩距傳統攀登是指攀登者在ㄧ條攀登繩(通常為60公尺)的長度下，完成路線的攀登並且垂降回到地面，因此單繩距傳統攀登的攀登高度通常為20~25公尺以內。在<a href="https://www.adventuretaiwan.com/product/single-pitch-trad-climbing/">單繩距傳統攀登的訓練</a>中，主要是在學習傳統攀登裝備知識、活動岩械與岩楔的放置技巧、先鋒撤退技術與垂降技術為主。</p>
<p>而<a href="https://www.adventuretaiwan.com/product/multi-pitch-trad-climbing/">多繩距傳統攀登的訓練</a>則是，攀登者先行攀登到適合的高度或地點架設確保站(belay station)，隨後確保跟攀者(原本的確保者)到確保站。如此重複此程序持續一直向上攀登，完成路線後垂降回到地面或是走步道下山，所以在多繩距傳統攀登訓練中，會以確保站架設、繩隊系統、路線評估、垂降系統轉換與風險管理為主。</p>

<p>對於傳統攀登有興趣的人，需循序漸進避免越級打怪的狀況發生，開始傳統攀登課程前，需先具備先鋒攀登的能力，與累積多攀登經驗與攀登多種不同攀登形態的路線。如此ㄧ來學習傳統攀登時，才不會有挫折感產生，進而放棄傳統攀登。</p>
<p>另外在台灣，傳統攀登訓練亦稱之為中級岩訓，也因教學單位、協會或組織的不同，其訓練內容會略有不同。但大致上來說，不外乎會包含了單繩距傳統攀登與多繩距傳統攀登兩種。</p>
<p>雖然台灣有多繩距的攀登課程，但由於自然環境上的限制，多繩距攀登多為2個繩距，少數為3個繩距的路線。如果在國外從事多繩距傳統攀登，往往可以攀登近百米甚至數百米的高度，所以在台灣先熟悉傳統攀登技術與累積大量的攀登經驗後，可以替自己安排ㄧ趟攀岩遠征，到其它地區來個實際的多繩距攀登之旅。</p>
